Setahu saya, selagi ada pertalian darah, xde mslh. kalau xde pertalian darah pula, sy xpasti.
in any case, kalau setakat nk bersalam dgn cousin/ibu saudara, rasanya ok. tp stakat tu jelah kut. nk peluk2, tmbhan pula kalau cousin sebaya kan..mcm x appropriate pulak. wallahualam.

Boleh tak seorang lelaki bersentuhan dengan cousin perempuan dan ibu saudara?

ini jwpn based on family pny "rules"..tp kita pun xslalu slm cousin2..aunty pun slm yg dkt2 je..yg jauh2 pny aunty2 x salam..
According to verse 31 of Surah an-Nur:
"...and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex..."
Since cousins are not listed in the above verse, a man(woman) cannot touch a cousin who is a woman(man)
In terms of aunty or uncle, according to my understanding, we can shake hands with them if they are our mother's or father's siblings
